Learned Counsel for the opposite parties no. 3 and 4 has provided a copy of the statement of loan account to the petitioner’s Counsel, who is ready to pay the said amount. Let the petitioner pay the said amount. If the petitioner wants to pay in installments, this is a matter to be considered by the opposite parties no. 3 and 4. The petitioner may approach the said officers regarding the same. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
