The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions for execution, however, it is informed that a moratorium has been imposed by the National Company Law Tribunal. 3. In view thereof, the directions cannot be issued at present. In case, the proceedings are concluded before the NCLT or a claim is preferred by the petitioner before the NCLT, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court for similar direction. 4.
