Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Jay Ram Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on 11.07.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20973 of 2023. 4. By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Bhupendra, seeks bail in Case Crime No. 328 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Sahawar, District Kasganj. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits the charge was framed on 24.11.2022, but none of the prosecution witnesses have turned up before the trial. In support of his submission he placed reliance on the order sheet filed of the trial court in the supplementary affidavit today. 6. The supplementary affidavit was sworn on 07.02.202 and the order sheet of the trial court is annexed only up to 22.08.2024. There is nothing on record to show that what had happened in the trial from last nine months. Moreover, learned counsel for the applicant could not point any fresh ground for enlarging the accused-applicant on bail. The present bail application has no merit and deserves to be rejected. 7.
