In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent Nos.2 to 6 are dispensed with. This application has been filed for the following prayer:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned court below i.e. the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 13, Pratapgarh to expedite and conclude the trial of Complaint No. 15873 of 2021 "Anil Kumar Versus Bhuwali & others", under section 147, 427, 456, 461, 504, 506 IPC, related with Police Station- Raniganj, District- Pratapgarh expeditiously without stipulated period as early as possible." Learned counsel for the applicant submits that statement of complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. as well as the statement of witnesses under Section 202 Cr.P.C. have been recorded and thereafter 07.12.2023 was fixed for argument on summoning. He submits that since 07.12.2023 several dates have been fixed however, till date the summoning order has not been passed yet by learned trial court. He prays that matter may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Perused the record so also the order-sheet. In the interest of justice, the petition is disposed of directing the learned trial court to expedite the trial and shall also pass appropriate orders on the next date for summoning the accused.
