Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 to 3 decide early the petitioner application dated 16/12/2024 and 23/12/2025 sand to opposite party no 2 and 4 for the Gata number 75 area 0.820 hectare (pond) and Sakarava situated Gata number 202mi 0.779 hectare (pond) and Gata number 199/2 area 0.0510 hectare (navin parti) and Gata number 89/1 area 0.0380 hectare and 89/2 area 0.1520 hectare (navin parti) Please conduct a high level investigation against the opponents number 4 and 5 who have occupied above the government land and conspirators of the revenue officer who got the land occupied and take punitive action against the culprits is being contained as ANNEXURE 1 to this writ petition." 3. The Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that no construction exists over the land in question, however despite the fund being sanctioned, no further steps are being taken. 4. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application bringing all the relevant facts before the opposite party no.2 who shall pass fresh orders considering the entire facts in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
