The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kadipur, District Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. filed in Original Suit No.458 of 2024 (Rahul Tilakdhari & Others Versus Ram Janak) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kadipur, District Sultanpur, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
