The present application has been filed for quashing of impugned cognizance order as well as summoning order dated 28.09.2017 passed in Complaint Case No.14617/2017, under Sections 22 of the Mines Act, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Ayodhya and further proceedings of the case in pursuance thereof. Learned counsel for the applicants, after arguing for some time, does not want to press this anticipatory bail application rather seeks liberty to file a regular bail application in view of law laid by Supreme Court in order dated 7.10.2021 passed in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Cri) No.5191 of 2021 Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another. In view of the above, present application is dismissed as not pressed. It is provided that in case a regular bail application is filed by the applicants namely, Maharajdeen, Ganga Ram, Chandra Bhan and Jhinkan within twenty days' from today before the court below, the same be decided expeditiously in view of the law laid by by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
