There is a consensus at the Bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgement and order of this Court passed in Writ A No. 7820 of 2024 in re: Kamal Krishna Mishra vs State of U.P. and others decided on 06.12.2024, a copy of which is annexure 3 of the writ petition. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of. The order impugned dated 02.07.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition, is quashed.
