The present is a criminal appeal under Section 14 (A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 filed by the appellant against the impugned order dated 24.02.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (Atrocities), Raipur, whereby the bail application filed by the appellant under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. for grant of regular bail is rejected in connection with Crime No. 377/2024, registered at Police Station- Fingeshwar, Dist- Gariyabandh (CG). 2 2. Pursuant to the order dated 26.03.2025, the victim along with her maternal grand mother appeared through DLSA Raipur and raised objection in granting bail to the appellant. Their objection is taken on record. 3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of the victim. 4. The submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant is not opposed by the learned State counsel. 5. On the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
