Having regard to the submission of the Ld. Asst. Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit, with a direction to the Official Respondents to follow the due process of law if the Respondents undertake the construction of CC drainage at anytime in the future. 4.
