The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kadipur, District Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. read with Section 151 C.P.C. bearing paper No.C-4 Ga2 filed in Regular Suit No.351 of 2023 (Dulari & Others Versus Satya Prakash & Another), pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadipur, District Sultanpur in accordance with law within time stipulated." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
