1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to produce the entire records Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT
2 of the case particularly the records of the petitioner for
consideration of regularization of his services, for perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present Pwrit petition and direct the respondent authorities to consider In S the Petitioner's case and regularize his service in light of circular dated 5/3/2008, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may kindly grant in light of the facts and circumstances of the case including costs.. ”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State agreed with the
submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection.
