Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 3 while notice on behalf of opposite party no.4 has been accepted by Mr. Dilip Kumar Pandey, Advocate. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authorities to permit petitioner to participate in the open meeting of the Gram Sabha to be held on 06.02.2025 for selection of fair price shop dealer in the Gram Sabha concerned. 3. Learned counsel for opposite parties on the basis of instructions submitted that all the residents of the village are permitted to participate in open meeting and in case petitioner is also a resident of the village and comes within the category for which the meeting is being held, he will be permitted to participate. 4. In view of such submission by learned State Counsel, it is provided that petitioner may be permitted to participate in open meeting to be held on 06.02.2025 for selection of fair price shop dealer in the Gram Sabha of Village Patkuwan, Block Tadiyawan, Tehsil Sadar, District Hardoi in case he fulfills the requisite conditions for such participation. 5.
