2. Petitioner took a loan in the form of cash credit limit from Almora District Co-operative Bank in the year 2013. By means of this writ petition, he has sought the following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the recovery citation dated 24.09.2005 issued by respondent no. 3 (Annexure no. 2) to this writ petition.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no. 3 not to recover the loan amount in pursuance to recovery citation dated 24-09- 202 issued by respondent no. 3 (Annexure no. 2 to this w petition).
iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding / directing the respondent no. 2 to facilitate the petitioner by rescheduling the loan amount and re-fix the monthly/quarterly easy installments to recover the loan amour in a period of 3 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cash credit limit has become overdue by only Rs. 18,638/- for which recovery proceedings has been initiated against the

4. Ms. Sangeeta Adhikari Patni, Advocate holding brief of Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel appearing for Almora District Cooperative Bank submits that if petitioner makes representation for regularising the loan account and also deposits a sum of Rs. 20,000/- to show his bonafide, the competent authority shall look into the request for regularising the loan account made by petitioner, as per law.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation for regularising the loan account and deposit Rs. 20,000/- with his representation. If he makes such representation within one week from today, the competent authority in the Bank shall take decision thereupon within two weeks thereafter.
6. Till decision is taken on petitioner’s representation, no coercive action shall be taken against him.
