Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. S. K. Khare, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to include name of members in the list of General Body of the Society who have paid their membership fees and has filed their details in office of Deputy Registrar. Further prayer for deciding objections filed by proposed members has also been sought. 3. Learned State Counsel at the very outset has submitted that the present petition is not maintainable in view of fact that it has not been filed through the authorized secretary of the society and that even otherwise the prayer so sought is to be made good by the committee of Management itself which is a private Body and against whom the petition would not be maintainable. 4. Considering preliminary objections raised, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh. 5. In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting aforesaid liberty.
