Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer :- a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR registered as case crime no.80 of 2020, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at police station - Bachharawan, District Raebareli, to the extent that it relates with the petitioner as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite partie s not to arrest the petitioner in connection with the impugned FIR dated 12.02.2020 registered as case crime no.80 of 2020, under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at police station – Bachharawan, District Raebareli, which during the pendency of the investigation of the same.” It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has not been mentioned in the FIR and he is nowhere connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that the investigation in the offence was carried out and the name of the petitioner has surfaced during the course of the investigation. The petitioner has absconded and non- bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner by the learned court concerned. Instructions are kept on record. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum.
