Perusal of the grounds as taken in the review application do not indicate any sufficient reason to review the judgment and order dated 10.12.2024 more particularly when the applicant has specifically stated in ground (c) of the writ petition of he being engaged by Gorkha Technomind Pvt. Ltd through out sourcing. Considering the aforesaid, no ground of review of the judgment and order dated 10.12.2024 is made out. Accordingly, the review application is rejected.
