Mr. Ankit Kumar Gupta & Others) keeping in mind our judgment and orders dated 25.10.2024 and 14.11.2024 passed in Writ C No. 8867 of 2024; Bank of Baroda earlier Vijaya Bank vs. State of U.P. and 8 others and Writ C No. 9723 of 2024; PNB Housing Finance Limited Lucknow vs. State of U.P. and 8 others, respectively, at the earliest, unless there is any legal impediment, in which case, he shall record it in the order sheet. Let the application be disposed of within a period of one month from the receipt of a copy of this order. Considering the law on the subject as is elucidated in the aforesaid judgments, the borrowers are not required to be heard in the said proceedings, consequently, they are also not required to be heard in these proceedings, accordingly, issuance of notice to them is dispensed. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
