The order under challenge is 13.02.2024 passed under exercise of power under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that there is an alternative remedy of filing an appeal against the said order as provided under Section 38(4) of the Code and, thereafter, a further remedy of revision under Section 210 has been provided. 3. In view of the above objection raised regarding the maintainability of the present writ petition, the petition is dismissed only on the ground of availability of alternative remedy. 4.
