We find that in Paragraph-5 of the said supplementary affidavit, the petitioner has stated that there is a typographical mistake in paragraph-3 of the writ petition with regard to the Sections of the I.P.C. quoted therein. We find that such typographical mistake can be corrected only through an appropriate amendment application. Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant at the outset prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
