By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 28.02.2007 passed by the respondents by which the petitioner has been placed under suspension from the post of Chairman, Municipal Board, Hindon. 2. Perusal of the record indicates that after passing of the aforesaid order, an enquiry was conducted against the petitioner wherein, he was found guilty vide order dated 30.07.2008 and thereafter, the petitioner has been declared as disqualified to contest the election for a period of six years and the petitioner was removed from the said post. It is worthy to note here that the aforesaid order was passed by the respondents way back in the year 2008, thus the period of six years is also over now. 4. The order of suspension of the petitioner has been merged into the order of his removal from the post of Chairman, Municipal Board, hence, under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 5.
