Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Manish Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Mukund Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4. 3. The land bearing Khasra No. 444 situated in village- Ghaila, Pargana, Tehsil and District- Lucknow which was recorded in the name of petitioner, as claimed, is said to have acquired for a residential housing purpose, namely, Prabandh Nagar Avasiya Yojna - 1 sometime in 2007. 4. The petitioner alleges non payment of compensation in respect thereof. 5. The award has been rendered on 23.08.2010. as informed by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 6. The petitioner has moved a representation before the opposite party no. 3 for the first time on 03.01.2025. 7. If the there is no legal impediment let the application of the petitioner claiming compensation be considered by the opposite party no. 3, the facts be got verified and a decision be taken as to whether she is entitled to compensation in respect of the aforesaid land. Let this decision be taken within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted. 8. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. .
