The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No. 3 is not deciding her second appeal filed against the order of appellate authority under Right to Information Act. The second appeal has been filed by the petitioner on 16.06.2025 and hardly three months have passed since then. Although, no time period has been specified in Right to Information Act for deciding the second appeal, however, the same has to be decided within a reasonable time. Serial No. 105 2 WP(C) No. 2647/2025 02. Therefore, without passing any direction upon the respondent No. 3, this Court expects the said respondent to decide the appeal within a reasonable time. 03.
