Sri Rajkumar Verma, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent no.4 has preferred vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present petition has been preferred with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents authorities to produce petitioner no.1 (corpus) before this Court from the illegal detention of respondent no.4 and set her on liberty. 4. In compliance of order dated 31.01.2025, petitioner no.1 (corpus) has been produced before this Court; whereas due to heavy footfall of people coming to Prayagraj on the occasion of Mahakumbh, demand draft as directed could not be prepared and as such learned counsel for the petitioner intended to extend Rs.25,000/- in cash in favour of corpus; receiving after acceptance of Rs.25,000/- in cash be obtained from the corpus. 5. Smt. Pooja, petitioner no.1 (corpus) personally appeared before this Court and on specific query she denied to maintain any further relationship with petitioner no.2 and she specifically showed her willingness to stay with respondent no.4. Other legal consequences and formalities has already been explained but petitioner no.1/corpus reiterated her wishes to lead her life along with respondent no.4. 6. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the personal statement recorded by the petitioner no.1/corpus being Smt. Pooja, she is free to lead her life with respondent no.4. 7.
