Authorised Representative Mr. Surya Prakash Mishra vs. State of U.P. and others), especially as, it is informed that 17.02.2024 is the date fixed for handing over the physical possession to the petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid judgments notice need not be issued to the private opposite parties who are borrowers/guarantors, as, they have no right of hearing in such proceedings. 4.
