The petitioners claim to have been granted some patta on 08.06.2016, however, they have no explanation to offer as to why they have approached this Court now in 2025, moreover, the alleged documents annexed with the Writ Petition do not bear the signature of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, but, we do not express any opinion in this regard except to say that we cannot interfere in the matter after such a delay. The petitioners may approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate, raising their grievance, who may get the facts verified and if it is found that there is any right existing in favour of the petitioners, then he shall do the needful, otherwise he shall inform the petitioners.
