Learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha informed the Court that the proposal for construction of Annapurna Bhawan is in respect of Gata No.914 and not Gata No.101, as is alleged by the petitioner. 3. It is also informed that infact the construction is not taking place on Gata No.101, of which the petitioners claim to be the Bhumidhar. 4. In view of the above, if the petitioners have any further grievance, they can get the boundaries of their Gata demarcated as per law. 5.
