Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel. In view of the order proposed by this Court, notice to the private respondent nos. 2 to 5 is dispensed with. The petitioners have filed the instant petition seeking expeditious disposal of an application for recall dated 02.08.2024 seeking the recall of the order dated 15.11.2014 by which objections filed by the petitioners before the Consolidation Officers was dismissed for want of prosecution. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and from the perusal of the material on record, it does not indicate that the application for recall which has been filed after about 10 years which has been instituted along with an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, upon the same, the notices have been served on the respondents in the said application. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition, however, leaving it open for the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the court concerned raising all his grievances and needless to say in case if such an application is moved, the court concerned shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon.
