He submits that order of Writ Court has already been complied with by deciding the statutory appeal of the applicant, therefore, the present contempt application may be dismissed. 2. Considering the submission of counsel for the parties as well as order dated 22.03.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Raebareli, it is evident that the appeal of the applicant has already been decided, therefore, the present application has lost its efficacy and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3. Accordingly, the present contempt application is hereby dismissed. 4.
