The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite party no.2 to implement the Letter No.3079/Pan./IGRS/Shikayat Janch/2024-25, dated 19.11.2024 and further direct the opp. party no.2 to take action against the opp. party no.5 and 6 as per U.P. Panchayat Raj Rules, expeditiously as time bound manner, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions which are taken on record, states that the enquiry is still going on. 4. Considering the fact that the enquiry is going on since long, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the enquiry, which is said to be pending, positively within a period of four months from today.
