This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no.2 to 5 in not acted upon the complaint dated 20.04.2020 made by

the petitioner against the 6th 7th respondents is highly illegal arbitrary and in violation of articles 14 21 and 300A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents no 2 to 5 to act upon the complaint made by the petitioner on 20.04.2020 against the 6th and 7th respondents in accordance with law by providing protection to the petitioner”
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
