Documents on record reveal that a criminal case instituted by the applicant is pending at Lucknow. 4. Considering the fact that one of the litigations is pending and the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The aforesaid case pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Unnao is transferred to the equivalent Court at District Lucknow.
