Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that this application be disposed of by directing the respondents to pay the amount which is due to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the same shall be paid as per the instructions. This Court is of the considered view that as the respondents have found the petitioner entitled for grant of arrears, let the arrears be definitely paid to the petitioner on or before 31.03.2026.
