Heard Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4th respondent, dated 20.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that an alternative land was identified for the purpose of Providing House sites under ‘Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu’ Scheme. Hence, vide proceedings of the Collector, D.Dis.G4/RCPM/MPT/ Arthamuru/497/2019, dated 25.02.2021, the withdrawal notification under Section 93(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, was issued. 4. Since the proposal for acquisition of the present lands has been withdrawn, no further directions are required to be issued. 5. The written instructions of the 4th respondent, dated 20.02.2025 are placed on record. 6. In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
