Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 26.09.2020 passed by the respondent No.2-Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur whereby the application of the petitioner for mutation has been rejected on the ground that the required documents were not supplied alongwith the application. However, he has permitted the petitioner to file a fresh application for mutation alongwith all the necessary documents so as to maintain the transparency in the mutation proceedings. 3. Since the respondent No.2-Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur has already permitted the petitioner to file a fresh application alongwith necessary documents, therefore, We do not find good ground to interfere with the impugned order. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to file a fresh application alongwith necessary documents in the light of permission granted by the respondent No.2-Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur in the impugned order dated 26.09.2020.
