Specific prayer has been made through the instant petition that a direction be issued to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad to consider and decide application dated 28.11.2024 preferred at the behest of petitioner in Execution Case No.1148 of 2023, under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. (related with Case No.480 of 2022), expeditiously. 3. Considering the innocuous prayer made by learned for petitioner, process of issuing notices to respondent no.2 is hereby dispensed with and at the same time, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad is hereby directed to decide application dated 28.11.2024 preferred at the behest of petitioner in Execution Case No.1148 of 2023, under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. (related with Case No.480 of 2022) without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.
