Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. Learned Counsel for the opposite parties no. 3 & 4 says that the amount claimed as due from the said opposite parties is not in dispute. However, he invites our attention to other orders passed in similar circumstances pertaining to the same Nagar Palika, and also that there is a financial crunch, therefore, sometime be granted for making the payment. Learned Counsel for the said opposite parties offers to pay Rs. 5,00,000/- to the petitioner immediately within one week.The remaining amount as offered by him shall be paid within a period of one year. In view thereof, the concerned opposite parties are directed to make a payment of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the petitioner within a week, and the remaining amount be paid to him within a period of one year. The interest, if any, claimed by the petitioner on the said amount would be separate, and if there is any dispute regarding interest, it is open for the petitioner to claim the same, as per law. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
