Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State says that the Superintendent of Police, District- Unnao has passed a reasoned order rejecting the application for issuance of Character Certificate, copy of which he shall provide to the learned counsel for the petitioner during course of the day. 3. As there is remedy of appeal under the U.P. Janhit Guarntee Act against such an order, therefore, the petitioner may prefer the same. 4.
