Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Additional District Judge/PC Act-3, Lucknow to decide the SCC Suit No. 15 of 2019 (Umakant Dobariyan Vs. Ram chandra Verms (deceased) and others) pending before him expeditiously." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2019, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
