Page No.# 2/2 BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER 14.05.2025
Heard Mrs. P B Bordoloi, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 7 days in preferring the connected revision petition. I find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. At this stage, going for issuing notice to the respondent no. 2 would be a sheer waste of time. Therefore, the delay is condoned. The connected criminal revision petition shall be registered and listed for admission hearing. The IA stands disposed of.
