Heard Sri Ch.C.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police received a report through registered post from the 6th respondent on 22.04.2019, by the time police received a report on 21.05.2019, the alleged marriages might have been performed, accordingly, a letter dated 22.05.2019 was sent to the 6th respondent through post, requested him to approach competent Court of law, as the complaint appeared to be non-cognizable in nature, and police are nothing to do with allegation made by the petitioner’s affidavit, except that other allegations made against the petitioner are not true and correct, and except that police will not interfere in the matter. 4. 4. The submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are placed on record. 4 5. This Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition at this length of time, and therefore, the writ petition can be closed without going into the merits of the case. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
