The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the First Information Report against the petitioner registered as Crime No.90/2018 at Police Station Bango, District Korba (C.G.) and also quashing the framing of Charges under Section 394/34, 365/34, 342, 323/34, 324/34 and 506 of Indian Penal Code dated 04-09-2019 (Annexure P-1) against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the evidence of the prosecution witnesses has been recorded, and the matter was thereafter fixed for pronouncement of judgment before the trial Court. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
