2025:UHC:2421 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPCRL No.1094 of 2024 Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J. Mr. Tapan Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. 2. Mr. K.S. Bora, D.A.G. with Mr. J.P. Kandpal, B.H. for the State. 3. Mr. Nikhil Singhal and Mr. Gaurav Singh, Advocates for respondent no.3. 4. From perusal of the record, it transpires that no interim order has been passed, in favour of the petitioners rather the interim relief application was rejected vide order dated 04.10.2024. 5. The petitioner has impugned F.I.R. No.749 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024. 6. From perusal of the aforesaid F.I.R., prima facie, cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners, therefore, there is no reason to interfere in the F.I.R. 7. However charge sheet, as per learned State counsel, has been filed against the petitioner no.1, who is already in jail while other petitioners are absconding. 8. In this view of the matter, there is no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending. 9. Accordingly writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to petitioner no.1 to challenge the charge sheet before the appropriate forum under law. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 02.04.2025 SK 2025:UHC:2421
