Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Lal Ji Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party No.4 and learned A.G.A., who appears on behalf of State-respondents No.1 to 3. 3. This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 30.12.2024 lodged by the opposite party no.4 in Case Crime No.-0534/2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, at Police Station - Lalganj, District - Pratapgarh, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties, not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are brother-in-law (jeth) and sister-in-law (jethani) of the informant and they have no concern at all with the alleged demand of dowry and harassment of the informant/opposite party No.4. 5. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Ashok Kumar Yadav, Sub Inspector, Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh, has submitted that the chargesheet has been prepared against the accused on 04.01.2025 i.e. Chargesheet No.06/2025. 6. The instructions is kept on record. 7. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 8. However, leaving it open for the petitioners to approach the appropriate Forum challenging the same.
