Krishna Mohan) Heard the learned Government Pleader for Commercial Taxes appearing for the petitioner. 2. This tax revision case arises against the common order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal, Visakhapatnam in T.A.No.460 of 2008 and batch, dated 25.07.2018, wherein, the said appeals were disposed of directing the matters to be remanded to the concerned assessing authorities for re-computation of the turnovers and to pass orders de novo, as indicated in the said order. 3. The value of the disputed tax in this case is shown as Rs.1,64,985/-. 4. Since there is no question of law to be decided in this case, we see no reason to interfere with the order of the Tribunal. 5. Hence, the Tax Revision Case is dismissed. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
