Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:9902-DB Court No. - 9 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 946 of 2025 Petitioner :- Asmeen @ Asreen Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 8 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Mohd. Haroon Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra, J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 8. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1 to 5 that FIR be lodged against opposite parties no.6 to 9." 3. From the array of opposite parties, it is evident that petitioner wants that an FIR to be lodged against the Superintendent of Police, Sitapur, Circle Officer, Mahmudabad, District Sitapur, Station House Officer, Police Station Rampur Mathura, District Sitapur and Sub-Inspector, Sanjay Singh, Police Station Rampur Mathura, District Sitapur. From the writ petition, which contains only ten paragraphs of which only six are relevant, this Court could not make out any genuine grievance. Therefore, this Court carefully perused the representation made by the petitioner, copy of which has been filed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition and also the report of the Sub-Inspector, Sanjay Singh, Police Station Rampur Mathura, District Sitapur, which has been annexed to the writ petition. It is evident from the same that the petitioner, who alleges to be the wife of one Kaari Fateuddin Khan Kadri, is aggrieved by certain allegations made in the said report regarding the petitioner having run away with Kaari Fateuddin Khan Kadri. It has also come out from the said report that against her husband, Kaari Fateuddin Khan Kadri, FIR No.380 of 2021, under Sections 147, 384, 506, 354, 354Gha, 452 and 504 IPC has been registered, where the trial is pending and statement of the accused, Kaari Fateuddin Khan Kadri is to be recorded under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 4. We do not find any good ground for interference as prayer for. 5. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. . (Brij Raj Singh, J.) (Sangeeta Chandra, J.)
