ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, 2nd respondent in not taking suitable action on petitioner’s representation, dated 15.01.2025, on humanitarian grounds, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the 2nd Respondent to continue the petitioner as Home Guard (WHG-19) in any suitable place keeping in view of the petitioner and to pass….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

3. Petitioner was appointed as Woman Home Guard in the month of December, 2004 and working at 2nd respondent office. During discharge of her duties, she was posted at various places and at present working at Thalla Proddutur Police Station, YSR Kadapa District. During General Elections, 2019, as petitioner has given complaint against two colleague officers, who alleged to have indulged in illegal collection of amounts, petitioner was transferred from the said police station to Kondapuram, Y.S.R. Kadapa District. As the persons against whom petitioner has complained were interfering with petitioner’s work and also tapping her telephone, she had again submitted complaint to higher officers for taking necessary action. As no action was initiated, she filed W.P.No.5781 of 2019 for necessary direction. Since petitioner has resorted to legal remedy, she was prevented from attending to duties. She has submitted representation, dated 15.01.2025 to 2nd respondent requesting to allow her to attend duties, which is stated to be pending
consideration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of representation of the petitioner, for which, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents, stated that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate speaking orders in pursuance to the petitioner’s representation, dated 15.01.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
