Diksha, which is presently pending before learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Una. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is residing at Una, who is unemployed and is presently living with her parents, it is extremely difficult for her to come to Palampur, where the proceedings are being heard 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:30568 and defend herself. Accordingly, he prays that the case be transferred to Una, as prayed for. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by ordering the transfer of HMA Petition No. 385 of 2023, titled Rajnish Kumar Vs. Diksha, from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala (camp at Palampur) to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Una. Parties through learned counsel are directed to appear before the learned Court below on 06.10.2025. In the light of the fact that the respondent is stated to be serving in Armed Forces, an endeavour shall be made by the learned Court below to decide the case expeditiously as well as to have an attempt to settle the matter through mediation. Registry to ensure that this order is communicated to the respective learned Principal Judges, Family Courts, so that the file can be forthwith transferred to Una.
