This Writ Petition is filed seeking recovery of amount of Rs.3,29,810/- for the works executed by the Writ Petitioner for laying the C.C. Road based on the administrative sanction dated 25.01.2023. 3. Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, PIU Division, Srikakulam. 4. The description of the amount due to the Writ Petitioner is provided in the “Payment Summary”, which indicates that the Writ Petitioner has executed the works for a sum of Rs.3,56,551/-. After deducting the taxes etc. of a sum of Rs.38,950/-, it is stated that the balance amount payable to the Writ Petitioner is Rs.3,17,601/-. 5. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, has accepted this amount of Rs.3,17,601/- as full and final settlement. 6. Having regard to the above facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition directing the Official Respondents to pay the amount by clearing all the Inter-Departmental Administrative Process within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today and transfer the said amount into the Bank Account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the Bank Account details to the Competent Authority within one (01) from today for effective of compliance. 7. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
