Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to finalize the affiliation process of M. Pharm and Pharm-D courses in respect of Academic Session 2024-25 in view of approval granted by Pharmacy Council of India on 17.11.2024. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects and since representations have already been submitted by petitioner-institution, without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no.3 i.e.Vice Chancellor, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, U.P., Lucknow shall consider and pass appropriate orders with regard to such affiliation expeditiously, preferably within a period of 15 days from the date a certified copy of this order along with a copy of such representation is served upon authority concerned. 4.
